American Football competition helps to develop character traits and build leaders.
Our players become student-athletes. As Coaches we stress three main areas, mental development, physical development and career development. We believe we can take a youngster, make him mentally and physically stronger and guide him into a productive career.
Though the game is a great deal of fun, it's no place for those with just a casual interest. We will spend many hours with your son, constantly striving to improve him in the six attributes necessary for success on our teams. Those areas are strength, quickness and speed, size (if the position dictates), knowledge of our system, hitting ability and toughness.
We demand loyalty, discipline, teamwork, sacrifice and commitment. Participation in our program represents a special opportunity for boys growing into young men regardless of the outcome each season (wins and losses). It is designed as an important dimension to their secondary education. It is not a business or way of life. Participation will better prepare him to cope with his future bosses, company policies, his future wife, civil laws and other institutions of authority. In short we believe he will become a more confident and better person. We hope you will support your son at least at our home games. We endeavour to make this a great and worthwhile experience.
